Conceived as the ultimate family retreat, Qusia takes its name from a Lombok villa tied to the clients’ story. The home reflects their lifestyle through a design that balances privacy, security, and high-performance family functionality with a distinctive architectural presence.

Sculptural curves, rich textures, and earthy tones define the residence, from the curved gatehouse to hanging greenery and water-integrated terraces. Every gesture strengthens the connection between the home, the landscape, and the surrounding waterfront setting.

Designed for gathering and celebration, Qusia features expansive open-plan spaces, tailored zones for each family member, and outdoor terraces with pools, play areas, and private water access.
