The Story
Project Overview
Jadwal is a Mediterranean-inspired Gold Coast residence, owned by an Australian-Lebanese family, blending elegance, warmth, and playfulness for a traditional big-family lifestyle. Set on the Nerang Canal, the redesign retained only the original slabs, transforming the home into a vibrant split-level sanctuary.
Design & Transformation
The home was reimagined with arches, sage green awnings, natural stone floors, and bronze-framed doors and windows. Bespoke timber cabinetry, custom furniture, and tailored lighting bring sophistication to every corner, while open-plan living areas and a grand kitchen create effortless flow for everyday living and hosting.
Lifestyle & Entertaining
At Jadwal, everyday life meets celebration. Expansive spaces connect canal-front lounges to the pool, terraces, and active zones for kids, creating the perfect backdrop for gatherings of over 40 guests. Separate retreats for teens and adults, direct pontoon access for boating, and lush landscaping with ambient lighting complete a home designed for family, fun, and unforgettable moments.
