Project Overview
This stunning and highly detailed French-inspired château sits on the Nerang River, representing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the Solis design team to create a truly bespoke waterfront masterpiece. Designed over two years and constructed over three, it became the grandest waterfront residence in Queensland at the time.
Design & Craftsmanship
Every element was carefully executed to showcase exceptional build quality and fulfil the clients’ vision of a home that cannot be reproduced. Intricate features include bespoke mouldings across ceilings, walls, and columns, custom windows and doors with concealed screens, a marble staircase with decorative balustrade, an oval coffered entry dome, and fully custom cabinetry throughout.
Lifestyle & Site Features
The estate extends beyond the main residence, offering a six-car garage, boat shed, resort-style pool, fountain, built-in barbecue, pavilion, and a riverside fire-pit terrace. Expansive undercover alfresco areas complete the setting, creating a timeless blend of luxury, elegance, and craftsmanship.
